1. THE WARRIOR BODY

The warrior mind is about developing the ability to stay calm, cool and collected in tense, stressful, and high-risk situations. These are universal principles that apply from the battlefield to the board room to the living room. There is a reason all the top performers study the “Art of War” and the “Book of Five Rings” These ancient texts are as applicable to everyday life as they were to the warriors who used them for survival. Our proven methods of training are designed to help you eliminate the stress, fear and anxiety that rob you of the moment and keep you from reaching your true potential. Things like crisis management and adapting to difficult situations are skills that must be developed through proven training methods designed to put you into the “High Performance Zone” so you can live a limitless life.
3.THE WARRIOR SPIRIT
Walk through life with purpose and confidence. Human beings were designed with Fight and Flight responses to keep us alive. There are instincts in us that need to be expressed and let out. When these natural instincts are suppressed and never tapped into, they turn inward creating unnecessary stress and anxiety. The power you will gain from unleashing your fighting spirit can’t be bought. The true warrior spirt may be hardened by fire and violence but it is built on love. You love your family and it’s your duty to be protect them. You love yourself and you must protect yourself. In some cases, you may even begin to love your enemy and show them mercy. Its not a coincidence that the greatest warriors are often some of the nicest and calmest people. The ability to fight is one of our most basic survival instincts and the self confidence that comes with training can provide you with a “Zen” like level of piece.

FUNCTIONAL FITNESS
Action Strength - a functional fitness training system used by Elite Special Forces Operators, Professional Athletes, and Martial Arts Masters. The System is comprised of both ancient methods and modern science. It is a vast system but everything is built around its main three components
1. Russian Kettlebell System + The Gada (Indian Mace)
2. Body Weight Training from BJJ and Mala Videa (Indian Wrestling)
3. Coiling and Tendon Pulling from - Tai Chi and Qigong
MEDITATION/MINDSET
Mind Boxing - Is a mental performance system designed to win the most important war, the war within. The goal is to stop obsessive thinking and learn to deal with stress, fear and anxiety. These same methods have been used by Special Forces Operators and Professional Athletes to learn to stay calm, cool & collected in high risk situations. We call this state the High Performance Zone (HPZ) and it can increase your performance in all walks of life from battlefield to boardroom!
