Our JKD Class trains to understand the methods and timing of sport-based combat athletes but more importantly trains alongside elite fighters from our Warrior Fight team so they are getting the real timing from high level fighters

& WARRRIOR PHILOSOPHY
The AOW Club is not your typical martial arts class. Training in our program is more like earning a college degree. Training is as much about the mind as the body. Students receive several textbooks and are assigned regular reading assignments. Testing and promotions consist of physical, written and verbal exams. Students learn terminology and history of the arts they are studying as well as well as customs and history of the countries of origin
