The Goal of the Action Strength training method is the develop the super athlete. We use the same methods used by ancient warriors and Kung Fu Masters as well modern day military and special forces operatives whose lives depend on their ability to perform physically while keeping a calm and quiet mind. We offer a 8 week full body transformation program. Our coaches will guide you week by week through a 1 hour group class + provide you with 32 totally unique at home workouts. We will give you 4 workouts each week that are 15 minutes long and can be completed in the privacy of your own home.

These Ancient systems of training were designed to build your body, Sharpen your mind, and focus your spirit. The Action Strength Program will give you the three most important elements of fitness - Cardio, Core, and Resistance.The Best part is you will get it all at the same time during short 15-20 Minute workouts. We focus on moving your body in3 dimensions like nature intended.What takes you 90 minutes at the gym - 30 Minutes on a treadmill (Cardio) 30 Minuteson weight machines (resistance) and 30 Minutes on abs (core) our Action Strength system gives you in just 20 minutes 4times a week. Since every movement is working all 3 elements you can get the same results in 1/3 of the time.
