Sifu Beverly Pratka brings over 15 years of dedicated experience in functional fitness, expertly combining her extensive background as an active combat sports athlete. Having competed in some of the most physically demanding disciplines, including kickboxing and MMA, she has consistently tested her limits and achieved remarkable success as a Kickboxing National Champion, Pan American Silver Medalist, and Team USA Fighter. Drawing on her wealth of experience, Beverly has developed a comprehensive training system centered around kickboxing-style workouts that enhance both strength and agility. Additionally, as a certified Action Strength Coach, she incorporates bodyweight training, kettlebell workouts, and the Gada (Indian Mace) into her programs, ensuring a well-rounded approach to fitness that empowers her clients to reach their full potential.​
