At Warrior Women, our Martial Arts and Lifestyle program invites women to fully embrace the Warrior Women way of life through the transformative teachings of Sifu Singh and the JKDAA, uniquely filtered through the expertise of Sifu Beverly Pratka, the only woman to achieve the rank of Sifu in the JKDAA. This comprehensive program centers around Jeet Kune Do while incorporating elements of Filipino Kali, French Savate, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and more, creating a rich tapestry of martial arts. The distinctive aspect of this program lies in its empowering environment, where women learn from women. This fosters a sense of camaraderie and understanding, allowing participants to cultivate not only martial skills but also confidence, resilience, and a deep sense of community. Together, we celebrate strength, growth, and the journey of becoming true Warrior Women.
